HLBBshaw competes in Cambridge Fun Run

The Cambridge Fun Run in aid of BBC Children in Need takes place every year on the Cambridge Science Park, this year the race was on Friday 20th November.

It has been running for over 20 years. The event is a 1.1 mile relay-race around the Cambridge Science Park and is open to anyone over the age of 18. This year over 130 teams ran, walked or wheeled around the course - many in great fancy dress costumes - raising thousands of pounds for BBC Children in Need ( £15,250 in 2008 - total for 2009 not available until April next year by all accounts).

HLBBshaw entered a mixed team of attorneys from the Cambridge office who took part this year. Senior attorney Suzanne Oliver said of the race "We all had great fun and loved taking part in such a great event. Whilst we didn't come anywhere close to setting fast times, we enjoyed the great atmosphere of the day, seeing the great costumes and having the opportunity to meet some of our neighbours".
